Producer Engagement
We work directly with farmers through education, training, and focus group discussions. To support their transition to better welfare practices, we offer incentives such as veterinary consultations and animal health checks. Recognizing that system changes take time, we are committed to fostering positive and collaborative relationships with farmers throughout the process.

Corporate Engagement
We collaborate with companies to promote the adoption of more animal-friendly policies, particularly through commitments to source duck eggs from cage-free production systems (duck cage-free commitments). Through dialogue, guidance, and evidence-based information sharing, we support companies in building more responsible supply chains.
Public Outreach & Government Engagement
We believe that public awareness is a powerful catalyst for change, while government engagement is key to driving systemic change. Through our online platforms, collaboration with partner organizations, participation in key meetings, and engagement with government representatives in our activities, we work to educate both the public and policymakers to create meaningful change for farmed animals.
